#ClimateChangeWeek Highlights🗽

At the end of September, Antonella Maggioni had the opportunity to represent our #team at Climate Change Week in New York, an event organized by Climate Group. Anto highlighted the importance of local action in addressing global issues like climate change., emphasizing that solutions must be tailored to the realities of each region. This approach is essential in our mission to optimize water use in agriculture, working with producers on smart irrigation technologies and sustainable practices. The insights and collaborations from the event will strengthen our strategies and propel us toward a more sustainable future.

👩🏼🌾 Recently, it was International Day of Rural Women, but at Agrow, we have been celebrating it all month, honoring the valuable contributions of women in #agriculture and rural development, who have been essential for food security and the preservation of traditional agricultural practices. While the day has passed, we must always stay aware and encourage young women to join this space, keep raising their voices, and face challenges such as the gender pay gap and limited access to land. A big round of applause for the women at Agrow: Antonella Garcia, Celia Vincent, Sofía Marti, Antonella Maggioni, Inbal Hasson Tapiero, Mayte Montes Cañadas, Monica Calvo Cañadas, and all the others working in this vital sector.
