Drops a Month – September Edition

"We forget that the water cycle and the life cycle are one” — Jacques Yves Cousteau

Hello Collective Action, Hello Wakais 👋🏼 🌊

World Water Week 🌏

This month, our CEO, Antonella Maggioni, represented Agrow at #WorldWaterWeek for the first time! Her participation was not only an incredible opportunity to network and share knowledge but also a testament to our commitment to solving critical water-related challenges. The insights gained and connections made will undoubtedly enhance our efforts and inspire new solutions in our ongoing mission to ensure sustainable access to water worldwide.

International Forum on Water Future 🇨🇱

Agrow's participation in the International Forum on Water Future in Coquimbo, Chile, was key to sharing innovative solutions for water scarcity. Lucas Fazio and Valentin Borgogno presented our digital irrigation technology, highlighting its simplicity, precision, and ability to adapt to different systems. Additionally, we discussed #WaterPositive projects and water footprint compensation, which generated a lot of interest among attendees. The event was a great opportunity to connect with industry experts and reinforce our mission to move towards more sustainable and collaborative water management.

Google for Startups Accelerator: Climate Change program 🚀

Agrow has been selected for the Google for Startups Accelerator: Climate Change! 🚀 During this 10-week program, we will leverage Google's expertise and access to its technology to drive our agricultural solutions and strengthen our impact in the fight against climate change. The #onboarding has already begun in Paris, and Antonella Maggioni and Eduardo Augusto Avalos Palacios are already sharing learnings with other startups. Throughout the program, we will participate in key workshops to accelerate our growth and improve our strategies, supported by Google. This is a big step for Agrow, and we're just getting started! We want to give a huge thank you to Google for Startups, Google for Developers, and Google for this exciting opportunity.
